For  .177, .22, and  *.25 caliber – Benjamin Marauder and Benjamin Armada PCP Rifles

Some of the Features Include:

+  Precision CNC machined from a solid piece of hard and durable 7075 aluminum, then anodized blue.

+  No missed shots like with non-metal hammers, since the hill hammer does not change shape – distort, drag, or hang up inside the reservoir tube, with temperature or humidity changes.

+  Ventilated for easy and consistent flow.

+  The hammer operates smoothly and quietly during the rifles shot cycle.

+  Does not require the inside of the reservoir tube to be polished (removing the reservoir tubes internal protective finish is not recommended as this allows for rust built up inside the reservoir tube which creates negative issues).

+  Already drilled and tapped and a set screw is installed, to prevent the striker from moving.

+  The hard surface, allows for a crisp trigger break.

+  Designed and built to last.

+  The hill hammer alone weighs 30 grams, and weighs 35 grams when you install the factory striker.

+  The lighter than stock hammer allows for less valve dwell, while the hill 262 hammer spring keeps the valve from opening more than once during the same shot cycle.  These two actions allow for less wasted air – which allows for more shots per fill, and the Rifle shoots quieter too   🙂

Excellent performance in regulated or unregulated applications.

Easy to Adjust for more or less power “on the fly”.  Simply turn the hammer spring adjuster with a 1/4″ hex key

Simple To Install

With the hill 262 hammer spring installed:  When setting the hammer spring adjustment, leaving a gap between the hammer and the valve stem can keep the valve from opening more than once during the same shot cycle. This saves air – for more useable shots per fill, the rifle shoots quieter, and can also allow for a lower extreme spread in pellet velocity, for better accuracy.

Here are some examples of testing with my rifles:

.22 caliber Rifle results:  I installed the hill 30 hammer and hill 262 hammer spring combo in an otherwise stock Rifle for testing. Click on the following link for the test results:

.22 caliber results:  This time with a lower power tune for 82 shots on a 3000 psi fill pressure. Hammer spring adjuster set to 1- turn clockwise:

.25 caliber Rifle results:  With the hammer spring set at 1-3/4-turns; the results with a 3000 psi fill pressure and shooting 25.4 grain pellets was 44- shots at an average of 750 fps with a very low extreme spread in pellet velocity of only 20 fps – for better accuracy. This is an excellent medium powered tune and an excellent value  🙂

* .25 caliber Rifles:  During testing with an otherwise stock Rifle, with a 3000 psi fill pressure and with the hammer spring set at 3-1/4 turns, I achieved a high of 41 fpe when shooting 25.4 grain pellets.  If more power is needed, add the hill valve assembly to your order:

A Best Value Option: If you want better performance out of your otherwise stock rifle, the hill airgun 30 hammer and the hill airgun 262 hammer spring kit is a best choice  .  Later, you can add the remaining parts to complete the hill Premium Regulated Matched Parts Kit :
